West Ham: Fans let rip at GSB after January transfer update - Premier League

West Ham United fans were once again incensed with David Gold, David Sullivan and Karren Brady (GSB) after reports claimed they will not spend to improve the squad in the January transfer window.

According to Claret&Hugh (via West Ham News), the Hammers are unlikely to make any transfer dealings during next month’s window – due to the fact that they are already well on track towards the 40 points safety target.

What year were West Ham originally founded?

The club’s owners have become deeply unpopular since the Irons left Upton Park at the end of the 2015/16 campaign – if they weren’t before then – due to their lack of success on the pitch and consistent underfunding of the first-team squad.

West Ham are currently sitting pretty in the Premier League table with six wins from 14 games played, scoring 21 times and conceding 19 (BBC Sport).

Do you want GSB out of West Ham?

With the thought of potentially missing the chance to kick on and push further up towards the big boys, supporters were incensed with the latest news, causing even more tension and divide between the fanbase and the board.
