This is West Ham United’s fourth season at London Stadium and there are still questions being asked about whether it feels like home.
That it is still something that needs confirming probably offers enough of an insight into the situation, but it has still been put to the supporters:
Poll: Does the London Stadium now feel like home? https://t.co/MZKe2xn0cU

The Hammers have broken their transfer record three times in the over a year, as reported by the club’s website, while the general level of performance is beginning to improve, with the club getting their best league finish since making the move last season.
In addition, Manuel Pellegrini’s men currently sit seventh in the table having gone three games unbeaten.
There were some who felt that if the results recorded at the stadium were improved then the feeling towards it would follow, but it seems this has not been the case.
Ultimately, some West Ham fans still don’t see London Stadium as home.
A selection of Twitter reactions to the question, including posts from uncompromising West Ham fans, can be seen below:
No, it’s an athletics stadium not a football stadium. The surrounding area doesn’y make it feel like you’re going to a game.

That’s all it will ever be. Will never be our “home” without severe changes

It’s not our home, it’s a rented arena that we hire for 19 – 25 days a year, it’s no more our home than the hotel you visit for your 2 week holiday every summer

This is home and always will be pic.twitter.com/ICoo4Cjajy

The older and younger generation of West Ham fans will never call London Stadium ‘home’ due to the past memories of Upton Park which was our home. I still don’t call London Stadium ‘home’ however in the near future with changes being made, it could well become our ‘home’
