QPR: Fans react as Paul Smyth returns to the pitch

QPR will be hoping for a run of consistent form once the international break is over in the Sky Bet Championship as they aim to challenge for the play-offs.

They’ve certainly got the tools they need to do so going forwards with the likes of Ebere Eze, Jordan Hugill and Nahki Wells all impressing so far this season.

However, it is in defence that Mark Warburton needs to try and find a solution with the R’s proving way too leaky for a side that hopes to be challenging for the top six.

Away from that, though, some other good news involving an attacking player of theirs saw Paul Smyth return from injury and play for Wycombe Wanderers – where he is on loan currently – last night:

Smyth, 22, will surely be wanting to emulate the likes of Ilias Chair and Ebere Eze by having a good loan spell to try and get into the QPR first team.
