Plenty of Rangers fans expressed their disgust at the SPFL after the results of the vote on the league’s resolution were made public even though not every club cast a vote.
As reported by the Daily Record, Dundee did not vote on the proposals to end the non-Premiership seasons immediately, with the League One and League Two seasons set to finish as they current stand and prize money to be paid out early. Clubs were given a deadline of 5pm on Friday to cast their vote and SPFL rules state that they have 28 days to respond.
Earlier this week, a resolution from Rangers members calling for the season not to be scrapped was rejected by the SPFL, with the club subsequently releasing a strongly-worded statement accusing the organisation of bullying its clubs into voting for the league’s resolution. The Ibrox club had described the SPFL’s proposals to end the season prematurely as “abhorrent“.

The fact they release current vote results now is diabolical to those abstaining or yet to vote
The pressure put on them is verging on the same ‘bullying’ tactics Rangers pointed out earlier
