Rangers: Fans react to announcement of new corporate partnership

Rangers announced confirmation of a new deal on their official Twitter channel @RangersFC on Tuesday – although it wasn’t one relating to any potential additions to Steven Gerrard’s first team squad.

The club confirmed that they had struck a corporate partnership with AMS as the Presenting Partner for the team’s winter training camp in Dubai taking place this week, as noted by the Light Blues’ official website rangers.co.uk.

The partnership is intended to signal the beginning of a corporate relationship between Rangers and AMS, a company which offers “cost-effective solutions to Government, Humanitarian and Commercial Organisations operating in complex environments”, with plans to develop a wider partnership that will enable the club to support AMS on a worldwide scale. As a result of the partnership, AMS will have a strong brand presence throughout Rangers’ training camp in Dubai, including the official club brunch on Friday and the first team’s friendly against Lokomotiv Tashkent on Saturday. [via rangers.co.uk]
