Some Glasgow Rangers fans were left slamming the display of Borna Barisic in their 1-1 draw away at Lyon in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday night.
The Croatia international was guilty of some poor defending for the Ligue 1 team's equaliser, allowing Rayan Cherki to cut inside far too easily before failing to stop his attempted cross, which eventually went in off of Calvin Bassey.
Nonetheless, he would have felt that he could have done much better at times throughout the game, as he lost out on three of his duels in total, and also failed to record a single interception, key pass or accurate cross from left-back (SofaScore).
The 29-year-old was also guilty of losing possession of the ball on far too many occasions throughout the match, 15 times in all, the most out of any of his teammates (SofaScore).
Rangers fans slam Barisic
These members of the Ibrox faithful slammed his performance on Twitter, with one Light Blues supporter even going as far as to claim that he is 'hopeless':
"Borna Barisic gives me the fear."
"Barisic is so incapable of getting close to his man this season"
