Glasgow Rangers winger Ryan Kent is now attracting interest from the Premier League ahead of the January transfer window.

The Lowdown: Another one...

The Ibrox outfit sold Joe Aribo to Southampton in the summer and Nathan Patterson to Everton in January.

Aribo played a stunning 57 times for the first team last season, and Patterson 11 times before his move (Transfermarkt), and now another first-teamer could be on his way to the English top flight.

The Latest: Fulham eyeing Kent

As per Football Insider, Fulham are now eyeing a potential move for Kent, who can sign a pre-contract agreement with a non-Scottish club in January.

He is out of contract in the summer, and talks over an extension have failed. Fulham could potentially sign him for a cut-price in January, or agree on a pre-contract to get him for free at the end of the season.

The Verdict: Sell in January

Unfortunately for the Gers, it does not look like Kent is going to sign a new deal, and should his situation remain the same, they'll need to sell him in January in order to get a transfer fee for his departure.

Some of his performances have been criticised this campaign, with suggestions that he is already looking elsewhere, and you'd expect that Giovanni van Bronckhorst will not want to keep an unhappy player at the club.

As much of a good servant as Kent has been to the Light Blues, January presents the perfect time to part ways.
