Glasgow Rangers fans are delighted after it was confirmed that Josh McPake has signed a new contract at the club.
The Gers have been preparing for the new season by tying several of their players down to new contracts. Allan McGregor (rangers.co.uk) and Steven Davis are both first-team members and therefore there was plenty of need to give them new deals, but McPake is an up-and-coming player who the Gers are clearly eager to hold on to. He will remain at Ibrox until 2024.

The 19-year-old has so far made just one appearance for the Gers, but he scored four goals in 23 games for Harrogate Town on loan last term (Transfermarkt), and has now made the move to Morecambe for the 21/22 campaign. The Gers will be hoping he impresses while with the Shrimps.
