Many Glasgow Rangers fans have been left buzzing over an official post that has been shared by the club.

As per the official website of the Ibrox faithful, they will now be hosting a 'Weekend of Legends' game in March next year, which will include some of the greatest players to ever have played football.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst will play for the Rangers Legends side, while Roy Makaay will play for the World Legends Team.

Luis Figo, Roberto Carlos, Gheorghe Hagi, Robert Pires, Paul Gascoigne, Kris Boyd, Michael Mols, Sasa Papac and Nikica Jelavic will also all be involved in the match, in what is set to be a momentous occasion to celebrate their 150th anniversary.

Nonetheless, the prospect of watching a mixture of Gers icons, footballing legends and some who are a bit of both has so many Teddy Bears supporters buzzing.
