Respected Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has stated on his Twitter account that a deal for Sampdoria’s Lucas Torreira is just awaiting a medical for it to go through, whilst Arsenal are also believed to be ready to finalise a deal for Borussia Dortmund’s Sokratis Papastathopoulous as well.
