Rangers have been busy in the transfer window this summer as Steven Gerrard looks to rebuild, and the fans in the Transfer Tavern may be about to see a huge name come through the doors at Ibrox.

The former Manchester United midfielder, who has won a Champions League as well, would certainly bolster the middle of the park despite being 34-years-of-age.
And the report also claims that Fletcher was on Rangers’ books during his youth, and that factor could play a pivotal role in Gerrard’s bid to secure his signature.

The veteran midfielder would still be a huge signing for Gerrard this summer if he were to bring him to Ibrox as his vast experience in the game would make him a valuable member of the dressing room.
