Our Rangers fans here in the Transfer Tavern are dreading this weekend with Celtic on the brink of the title.
It was, of course, always going to be a tough ask to get the Gers in a position to stop the Bhoys this season and duly it has proven too hard to achieve.
Next year, though, the Ibrox outfit will be keen to reel them in under Pedro Caixinha but as he prepares for his first summer window and full-season in charge, it looks like he’s going to be dealt an early blow.
That’s because, according to The Daily Mail, Chelsea and the Glasgow club have agreed a deal for Billy Gilmour to sign for the Stamford Bridge side.
One of the brightest young stars in Scotland, he could be on his way to London before too long and, naturally, Gers fans have led the discussion over this one on Twitter.
