Arsenal’s season is on the verge of reaching disaster territory, with Monday night’s defeat to Crystal Palace taking the toxic mood in the stands to near nuclear fallout levels.
We’ve had a few angry Gunners fans in the Transfer Tavern raging at Arsene Wenger as the Londoners fall towards a Champions League-less 2017/18, with the club now seven points adrift of Manchester City in fourth with only one game in hand on the Citizens.
A number of players were subjected to boos from the travelling supporters at Selhurst Park, with Hector Bellerin among them. Although the Spaniard is seen as one of the club’s better players and has been praised by fans for a long time, the right-back put in a terrible showing vs. the Eagles, with his positioning questionable and attacking quality almost non-existent in the 3-0 loss.

Looking back on a difficult evening, Bellerin posted a picture of himself out on a run (above) as he reflected on the game and Arsenal fans seized the opportunity to let him know just what they were thinking. Among the responses were a few telling him to move to Barcelona (who reportedly want him), while others were far more positive…
