One thing that Manchester United fans do not enjoy is hearing about Paul Pogba and our regulars here in the Football Transfer Tavern can fully understand that given how good the French midfielder has become.
Pogba left United under somewhat of a cloud and despite Sir Alex Ferguson playing a host of others ahead of him in the middle of the park remarkably including Rafael, Pogba has gone on to become one of the best central midfielders around.
This January transfer window, United are, along with a fair few other clubs, desperate to add him to their ranks.
As our landlord notes over a couple of shots, looking at these contrasting FIFA video game stats, it is not really a surprise and we certainly think that Pogba has gone from zero to hero!
As one of punters quips, the Pogba story is just like seeing your ex-girlfriend has blossomed into a 10/10 worldie!
