The 19-year-old, who got his chance to impress with the suspension to Daniel Candeias and Ryan Kent and Jamie Murphy both being unavailable due to injuries, however, he will now join them on the sidelines.
The Finland Under-19 international took to Instagram on Monday and shared a photo to his story showing himself wearing a protective boot.

The Verdict:

The setback will come to Atakayi as a disappointing blow for the youngster as he was handed his chance to impress in front of an Ibrox crowd.
The winger is certainly highly-rated by the Light Blues as he recently signed a new two-year contract to remain at the club, having joined from FF Jaro back in 2016.
It is not unknown how long he will be unavailable for, however, he will likely return back to the developmental side and will work hard to get his chance in the first-team once again.
