There was a time when it was difficult to buy a magazine that didn’t have Ms Titmus on the cover. Loaded, Zoo, Radio Times, Gardener’s World …she was abso bleedin’ lutely everywhere.
Abi went from being a nurse no one had ever heard of, to being a household name in double quick time. Her ‘career’ spring-boarded via dating the former Blue Peter presenter John Leslie. They seemed to be a genuine enough couple, but Leslie’s world went down the pan amidst an arrest by the Met and a series of unsavoury allegations made by young ladies in tabloid newspapers.
Interest in Abi took off and soon afterwards she appeared in front of the camera on This Morning.
A sex video of Abi got into circulation then she became a presenter for a porn channel called Television X. The photoshootathon then began in earnest. ‘I love sex’ said Abi.
She dated footballer Lee Sharpe after meeting him in on Celebrity Love Stars Island’s Bigger Brother On Ice. She then dated Matthew Walliams.
Since then Abi has been on an acting campaign across theaters nationally and – it has to said, with generally very promising reviews. That to one side, her 2010 calender is out now.
