Sheffield Wednesday certainly got onlookers to sit up and take note at the weekend with a superb performance against Nottingham Forest in the Sky Bet Championship.
The Owls have been strong so far this season and when they are on form they are clearly a side to be reckoned with.
Indeed, in the last two games their first-half performances have been excellent but it was only against Forest they got the goals that the showings deserved – after a 1-1 draw with Derby last week.
The game at the City Ground was over at half-time as they won 4-0 and Jordan Rhodes was the hero as he scored a hat-trick.
Owls fans are feeling good this week, then, and you can see why when you consider this away form stat:

If they can just translate that into their home form, then, they are going to be laughing and, clearly, they are a team to be watched.
