Sheffield Wednesday: Owls fans slam Nuhiu after Hull loss

Sheffield Wednesday’s poor form continued yesterday afternoon as Hull City ran out 1-0 winners at Hillsborough to put a further dent in the Owls’ play-off hopes.

Of course, it’s so tight in the Championship that the men from the Steel City still have a good chance of making the top six but they must adjust this slide as soon as.

Indeed, if form had gone the other way – with home games being wasted – they could be sitting well in the play-off places right now and that is what has caused so much frustration amongst the fans in recent matches.

Another source of frustration, meanwhile, is towering forward Atdhe Nuhiu with many fans taking to Twitter after the game against the Tigers to wonder just why he continues to be involved.
