Rangers fans here in the Tavern are bitterly disappointed with how their side performed last time out, as bitter rivals Celtic inflicted a demoralising 4-0 defeat on the Bluenoses.
Graeme Murty’s departure looks to be all but confirmed after suffering a heavy defeat against Celtic last time out, with some players and supporters being heavily critical of the Englishman’s decision-making. Of course, you can understand the disappointment of losing out on the chance to secure silverware, with many of our local residents now wanting to see a managerial change in the summer months.
However, Rangers will welcome Hearts to Ibrox later on today in the Scottish Premiership, as they’ll look to return to winning ways after a disappointing few weeks. But, a number of changes will be expected as they head into a must-win game against a tough side, with a couple of players possibly dropping to the bench after their most recent performance.

Andy Halliday
Indeed, Andy Halliday had a day to forget last time out against Celtic as he failed to make the most of a starting place in the side, as he was substituted in the first-half with Josh Windass being brought on as his replacement.
Sadly, the 26-year-old looks like he could be heading out of the exits in the summer transfer window, having offered very little on the field as an easy target for the opposition in the middle of the park.
Therefore, Murty cannot start the Scotsman later on today against Hearts in the Scottish Premiership, as he failed to live up to expectations last time out and could be a liability once again.
Ross McCrorie
Ross McCrorie didn’t enjoy the best of games in the Old Firm derby last time out as Moussa Dembele bossed him around all afternoon, with many of our local residents beginning to question his quality.
Of course, letting four goals in against your bitter rivals is always going to be hard to take, but the youngster was at fault on numerous occasions as he’d often find himself in the wrong position.
Nevertheless, Rangers cannot start the 20-year-old later on today against Hearts, as he struggled to cope with a strong attacker up against him in what was a season-defining match last time out.
