The Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern are absolutely furious that Dominic Solanke looks set to swap SW6 for Merseyside…
After all, the lethal striker has arguably been Chelsea’s most impressive youth player in recent years – with his deadly striking partnership with Tammy Abraham leading the Blues to a number of youth trophies in recent years.
However, with Simon Johnson of the Evening Standard suggesting that the Blues are to let him leave at the end of the current campaign, it looks like the Englishman will no longer be a part of Antonio Conte’s plans going forward.

It will surely come as a blow, as the Englishman is a stellar player, but with his demands reportedly at £50,000 per week – Chelsea have little choice.
