Liverpool supporting punters here in the Transfer Tavern are still in jubilant mood after their win over Chelsea last Saturday, and the news from Metro, has got them all interested!
The publication claims that Belgian goalkeeper Jonathan de Bie is at Melwood to undergo a trial at Liverpool ahead of a potential transfer deal.
De Bie, 15, currently plies his trade for KV Mechelen, and staff at the Merseyside club are considering whether to sign the talented youngster or not – and most of our resident Liverpool fans here in the Tavern, have absolutely no idea what to make of this news, because they’ve never heard of the kid!
A large group of Reds fans enjoying a pint of the Transfer Tavern’s finest ale, are discussing Klopp and his January transfer plans, and all the Reds fans here feel the club need to be making moves for established, world-class players, the Ilkay Gundogan’s and Marco Reus’ of this world!
Our landlord here in the Tavern has to agree with the Liverpool fans here in the Tavern, and feels Klopp will have the power to attract some of the world’s best footballers to Anfield.
