The Leeds United fans here in the Transfer Tavern aren’t all too sure what to make about the club’s latest agreement. Indeed, after a dreadful campaign last time out, our resident Whites are eager to see arrivals on the playing front to kickstart their plans for next season.
With that in mind, confirmation posted on the club’s official Twitter feed revealing Leeds had reached an agreement with 49ers Enterprises – who are linked with the NFL giants San Francisco 49ers – has barely excited our punters all too much. They want signings, not business agreements.
Promotion is the aim and our resident Yorkshiremen aren’t convinced this will help.
