It’s been a cracking season for Watford in the Premier League and manager Walter Mazzarri looks to have guided his team to a top-ten finish, much to the delight of the punters here in the pub!
The Hornets will be looking to push on over the summer months after a very decent campaign indeed and Watford fans will be hopeful that the manager can add to the side to seriously strengthen.
And there’s one man that our punters think would be a cracking addition down at Vicarage Road and it’s £8.5million-rated forward Danny Ings, who is still sidelined through injury.
His injury woes have have gotten worse over the past couple of seasons and he’s spent far too much time sitting on the sidelines, which is surely to have ended his Liverpool career going forward.
He’s shown in the past at Burnley that he’s a player who can score goals and really do well at this level and Watford need someone to really put the pressure on the likes of Deeney, who hasn’t been as prolific this season.
£8.5m-rated Ings needs an opportunity to shine and he needs to be back playing regular first-team football when he’s fit once again. Watford would be a fantastic place to get things back on-track and the future is looking seriously bright down at Vicarage Road.
