The Reds have enjoyed a stellar start to the Premier League season, with a 4-0 demolition of Arsenal last weekend proving that they are not to be written off in the Premier League title race.
There have been a number of standout players so far this season: Mo Salah, Emre Can, Jordan Henderson, Roberto Firmino to name a few. However, there has been one player that has been a cut above the rest.
The man in question is, of course, Sadio Mane. The winger was a game changer last season, and the injury he suffered towards the end of the campaign really hurt the Reds’ title credentials.
He has already bagged 3 goals this season in what was a sensational opening month in the Premier League, and he has now been duly rewarded for his fine form. He has been named the official Premier League Player of the Month.
