The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern are feeling good at the moment. After a tough month or two, the Reds have had a fantastic week, and against West Ham this weekend, it could get even better. The Hammers have been far from perfect this season, and in recent weeks they have really struggled. With Slaven Bilic’s job on the line, they desperately need to turn things around.
In a sense, this works in Liverpool’s favour. They’ve been very poor this term, and so in theory, Liverpool should be able to overcome them relatively simply – but it could also go against the Reds. West Ham simply have to get something out of this game, and so Liverpool will have to be at their best to get past the determined Hammers.
Jurgen Klopp, then, needs to pick the best side to be able to get the job done – and that could mean dropping a few players that featured against Maribor.
With that said, Klopp simply must drop these 2 players against West Ham – agreed?
Roberto Firmino

Roberto Firmino, despite scoring against Huddersfield last weekend, has had a very mixed season so far.
In terms of goalscoring, he has been pretty poor, failing to deliver when it really matters for his side, and that has undoubtedly had an impact on the Reds’ fortunes this term.
Daniel Sturridge, meanwhile, was sensational against Maribor on Wednesday – and so he could come in and impress in front of goal once again.
Ragnar Klavan

Ragnar Klavan has had a few chances in recent weeks, and whilst he has made headlines for his rather pointless skills, he hasn’t really done anything of note in the defence.
Liverpool have problems at the back, and one man that simply has to play is Joe Gomez. The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern have been calling for him to get a chance in the middle, and our landlord reckons Klavan should make way.
He’s a decent option, but he’s not good enough to be a starter.
