These 2 players desperately need to follow Ruben Neves to Tottenham this summer

Tottenham Hotspur fans here in the Tavern want to see improvements from their side before the end of the season, due to the lack of quality that has been shown in recent weeks.

Mauricio Pochettino has struggled to rally his troops in recent times as they look to be stumbling at the final hurdle. Indeed, many of our local residents are starting to vent their frustrations after being knocked out of the FA Cup, with silverware and success being a must next season.

Interestingly, it’s understood that Tottenham are eyeing up a potential move for Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Ruben Neves in the summer, having seen how well the Portuguese midfielder has done during his first season in English football.

Although, Spurs’ summer transfer window business won’t stop there as many more signings are expected, with rivals possibly looking to strengthen their ranks in the summer months.

Therefore, these TWO players desperately need to follow Ruben Neves to Tottenham this summer…

Marcelo Brozovic

This has been a frustrating campaign for Brozovic, who has been gifted a limited amount of minutes on the field for Inter Milan.

The 25-year-old’s bench-warming could make him an easy target in the summer transfer window, with Spurs being sensible to consider putting a bid in for the impressive midfielder.

The Croatian is a box-to-box player who likes to make late runs into the opponent’s area and links play outside of it. Also, the Inter Milan midfielder is reasonably quick, which would no doubt appeal to a coach like Pochettino who enjoys pressing the opposition.

Alban Lafont

Question marks are beginning to be raised over the future of Michel Vorm after a rather disappointing season, with his contract running out in the summer. And, with a promising ‘keeper like Alban Lafont enjoying arguably his best season at current club Toulouse, it’s a no-brainer for Tottenham to make a move in the summer.

The Toulouse glovesman Lafont may only be 19-years-old, but he already has a wealth of experience under his belt having made almost 100 senior appearances.

But, the race for his signature will begin to heat up over the next couple of years, so making a move for him in the summer would see Spurs steal a march on their rivals.
