Tottenham are flying this season and look absolutely bang on to challenge for the Premier League title once again, with our resident Spurs fans loving every minute.

The Lilywhites are unbeaten so far this season, the only team in the division to remain so, after they beat Manchester City a few weeks ago to end their respective run and they are now within a win of going top of the league.

It’s one of the tightest title races ever that looks to be shaping up with Spurs and City joined by Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea at the top whilst Manchester United can’t be discounted just yet.

Ronald Koeman’s Everton are in the mix, too, at the moment and that has made our local punters supporting all those clubs excited to see what plays out.

In the end, it could all come down to individual brilliance and our landlord reckons these two’s performances could be pivotal as Spurs hunt that Premier League trophy…

Hugo Lloris

The French ‘keeper has the ability to keep Spurs in games all by himself and he’s certainly shown that again recently.

Against Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League he was absolutely impassable as he pulled off a number of top drawer saves.

Then, against Bournemouth he did the same as Spurs were slow out the blocks and could have been out of the game very early on.

He is hugely important.

Mousa Dembele

The Belgian midfielder and his importance to the side are finally getting the credit and attention he deserves, because Spurs are simply a different proposition when he’s in the team.

Dembele has the ability to dominate a Premier League midfield and you only need to look at the win percentage stats with the Belgian in and out of the side.

He strides around the pitch with authority and is crucial to Spurs’ title challenge.
