Wolves remain on course for promotion to the Premier League after recording an emphatic win against Reading, with a Matt Doherty brace and a goal from fan favourite Benik Afobe securing all three points at Molineux. Indeed, with local rivals Aston Villa dropping points against Queens Park Rangers, the old gold are now in a promising position to secure promotion to the top-flight prior to the last game of the season.
Of course, after getting back to winning ways in their last Championship outing it now allows them to focus on potential summer signings, with a couple of quality additions needed in preparation for next season’s challenges. And, with West Ham United’s future in the Premier League looking less than certain after defeat against Burnley last time out, Wolves could look to swoop in for a couple of the Hammers’ star men.

Manuel Lanzini has established himself as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League this season, with three goals and eight assists to show for his superb efforts in troubling times for the Hammers.
Indeed, the Argentine has been linked with a move to Liverpool, Tottenham and Chelsea in the current campaign, but this won’t bother Wolves after already pipping Real Madrid to the signing of Rafa Mir in January.
Therefore, Nuno Espirito Santo could make an ambitious move for the highly-rated attacking midfielder, after already setting their sights high for the summer with reports suggesting a swoop for Andre Silva.
