Here in the Transfer Tavern the Manchester United fans are trying to keep things into perspective.
After the last few years of drab football, Jose Mourinho came into the club this summer with the aim of returning them to the top of the English game and after a great start, has faltered somewhat.
Nevertheless, the club were never going to be able to turn things right around straight away regardless of who was in charge and to expect a full season without any blips would have been foolish, it’s not like United are completely out of the title race anyway.
The United fans then, aren’t too worried just yet.
They still think their club is going to get things back on track with the likes of Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan still to come good but they reckon a few players might as well be got rid of.

Memphis Depay
Depay joined last season with a big reputation from Holland but it hasn’t worked and despite a new season where he should have settled in by now, he’s still not delivering.
He has the talent but it doesn’t look like we’re going to get to see it in this country, so for the good of both club and player, it’s time he moved on.
Matteo Darmian
Darmian can’t get in the side try as he might and truth be known he isn’t good enough to right now.
The Italian showed flashes of his ability last season but his inconsistencies shone through, and the Red Devils can’t afford that right now as they aim to change their fortunes.
It’s time to say ciao, Matteo.
Ashley Young
Young’s is a career that has been desperately underwhelming.
He’s won trophies but at Aston Villa he looked like England’s next great winger and now he can’t get near the United side.
Injuries and a lack of confidence have paid their part and so now could be the right time to start afresh.
He’d be a useful asset somewhere else, just not at United.
