These two players could follow Kieran Tierney to Tottenham in January

Tottenham fans here in the Transfer Tavern are getting excited about potentially grasping a young starlet from under the noses of some of Europe’s big players.

It’s reported that Pochettino has been scouting Celtic’s young left-back Kieran Tierney for a number of months now and looking at bringing the Scot to North London, some of our punters think this would be a good move. With the future of senior left-back Danny Rose uncertain after his summer outburst, the Spurs boss is surely wanting to make back up plans as he looks to invest in youth once again.

He’ll surely have to fight off a host of Premier League clubs including Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal in order to secure the signature but as the Argentine looks to strengthen his squad in search of a first trophy under his tenure our landlord names a couple of other players that could potentially make their way to Spurs new home next season…

Callum Brittain

The young England U20 defender is impressing many a club including Spurs and with the sound investment of Dele Alli from the MK Dons youth system, they’ll be hoping for another star to make the move.

After only signing professional papers in April of this year, he was shipped out on loan to Iceland for three months to gain experience and came back to Stadium MK with vital experience at such an early age.

If Alli is anything to go by, Tottenham would be well-advised to make a move for the defender.

Suso

The AC Milan midfielder was a summer target for Spurs and surely they have a concrete interest in going in for him again. He reportedly has a €40-50m buy out clause on the basis that AC Milan don’t qualify for next seasons Champions League and with the Italian side not fairing too well in the league at the moment they could snap him up.

Having started at Liverpool, the Spanish forward has significantly improved over in Italy and would certainly add an extra dimension to Pochettino’s frontline.
