The Tottenham fans in the Transfer Tavern have been crossing their fingers that Mousa Dembele will be staying in North London next season, however, reports from Gazzetta Dello Sport, via the Daily Express, claim that Inter Milan have tabled an offer of £12 million plus a player for the Belgian.

Mousa Dembele has been a lynchpin in the Tottenham midfield, stringing the midfield, defence and attack all together with his runs from deep and searching passes keeping the Tottenham machine ticking. The fans would hate to lose Dembele as he’s gained fan favourite status and will be gutted to see their man leave the club if he does. Dembele joined the club alongside club captain Hugo Lloris back in summer 2012.
Dembele has racked up over 230 appearances for the Lilywhites in his time at the club and has had some brilliant moments in a Spurs shirt. The midfielder was a star performer in the club’s Champions League run this season and against Juventus particularly he was superb, picking up the man of the match award for his dominant midfield display in Turin as the club secured a memorable 2-2 draw in their first-leg match.

As you can see, the Lilywhites in the Tavern would hate to lose Dembele, whatever the fee they will get for him.
