Our Rangers fans here in the Transfer Tavern are eager for their side to get going next season as they aim to reel in great rivals Celtic.
The men from Ibrox had to just sit and watch on as their Glasgow rivals won the league last season and now the onus will be on them to try and stop the Bhoys getting nearer their 9-in-a-row record with another title this coming year.
For sure, then, work needs to be done in the market to assemble a squad ready for the challenge and whilst we wait to see who comes in, the club is now aware of who it will be playing when.
Indeed, the fixtures have been released and the Gers’ first home game of the season in the league will be against Hibernian in a rather exciting looking tie.
