Bournemouth striker Jermain Defoe recently confessed that he may need to move away from the club in order to find game time, and we discussed his possible destinations.
One of those destinations was Championship outfit Derby, who may need to add another goalscorer to their attack in order to maintain their place in the top six.
This move would see Defoe link up with Frank Lampard again, whom he played with for West Ham and England.
We asked you whether Derby should sign Defoe in January, and these were the results:
Clearly, Derby fans want the 57-cap England international at Pride Park. With 75% of fans calling for him, this goes to show that the fans feel The Rams are maybe lacking a goalscorer at their club outside of Jack Marriott. After all, if a club is after a natural goalscorer, there is no better player to sign than Defoe.
