The Spaniard is a name on everybody’s lips when it comes to strikers tipped for a Manchester United move.

Morata is suggested to be eager to leave the Bernabeu for Old Trafford, though the stumbling block is the transfer fee.

Man United had their opening bid of £52m rejected for the forward who played second fiddle to Karim Benzema last season.

Now that Ibrahimovic has left and Antoine Griezmann is staying put at Atletico, it is important United wrap this one up sooner rather than later.

Ivan Perisic

The 28-year-old has been linked with an Old Trafford move since before the last ball was kicked last season.

Perisic has reportedly rejected an offer from Inter in an effort to force a move to Mourinho’s side.

The Croatian forward is expected to cost United a hefty fee, with Inter Milan not selling him on the cheap.

Perisic scored 11 times and provided 11 assists in his 36 Serie A games last season.
