The forward joined Premier League side Watford during the summer from Brazilian club Fluminense, as he looked to follow in the footsteps of Philippe Coutinho in the Premier League.

Since joining up with the top flight, he’s been in sublime form for his club on the way to scoring 4 goals in just 11 games. Utilized as an attacking player opposed to a striker makes it even more of an impressive feat, as yet another piece of Brazilian brilliance arrives after the recent rise in stardom from Gabriel Jesus.

So for a Spurs side that is eager to challenge for both European and domestic triumph, it looks as if they will focus on the addition of Richarlison to bolster their chances.

An extra spark to Pochettino’s legacy

In the previous couple of years during Mauricio Pochettino’s reign, we’ve really become accustomed to the progress that the side has made under his management.
