Chelsea fans are pretty used to being trolled by Tottenham Hotspur at the minute and it seems that the North London club’s fans are unrelenting with spats occurring in the Football Transfer Tavern on a seemingly daily basis.
After Blues fans got understandably excited upon seeing Lionel Messi ‘following’ them on Instagram, not to mention the fact that the player’s girlfriend has also followed them on Twitter, rumours over a Chelsea switch went into overdrive but as we all know, in reality this means very little.
One Spurs fan took this sentiment a little bit far claiming that former star man Gareth Bale was set to make a move from Real Madrid to Formula One after ‘following’ Lewis Hamilton’s profile on the popular social media network!
We think Manchester United will be waiting for their follow any day now.
