Some Spurs fans have taken to Twitter to dismiss the credibility of rumours that Paulo Dybala is of interest to Tottenham according to Tuttosport, via Tancredi Palmeri.
The Argentine has played 178 times for the Serie A champions, scoring 78 goals and providing 30 assists.
The north London club have had a busy transfer window already this summer after the signings of Tanguy Ndombele and Jack Clarke and rumours they are also closing in on Giovani Lo Celso.
And on the other side of things, Kieran Trippier has been sold to Atletico Madrid while more players could follow him out the exit door, with Danny Rose and Christian Eriksen having been linked with moves away from Mauricio Pochettino’s team in a summer of possible change at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium.
But the Dybala deal is one which some Lilywhites supporters simply cannot get their heads around irrespective of the fact that he would be an exciting addition to their squad based on his stats.
