Tottenham fans on Twitter cannot get enough of sublime Heung-Min Son

Tottenham Hotspur often get labelled as a one-man team and opposition fans tend to write them off whenever they haven’t got Harry Kane available. However, Heung-Min Son is arguably just as important as the England captain, with ten goals and five assists in his last 14 Premier League games showcasing his importance to this Spurs side.

Tottenham fans cannot understate the South Korean’s importance to their side, and he’s not given anywhere near the recognition he deserves by the media. At the age of just 26, Son has gone away and played in two national tournaments this season, missing a total of four matches and many more minutes as he’s battled with fatigue, yet he’s still managed to drive Spurs forward with some classy displays.

Since Son returned from the Asian Cup with disappointment after losing 1-0 to the eventual winners Qatar in the quarter-finals, he’s scored in back-to-back games, grabbing the equaliser against Watford in a 2-1 before scoring the only goal of the game against Newcastle. Without him, those six points become just one, and Tottenham’s place in the on-going title race lie in the hands of the versatile attacker until Kane and Dele Alli return, although the pressure doesn’t seem to be getting to him one bit.

The Lilywhites absolutely adore seeing Sonny out on the pitch for them and will be keen for him to keep firing them in the direction of the title.
