Tottenham fans on Twitter can’t speak highly enough of Harry Kane

It’s fair to say that if Harry Kane was to hang up his boots tomorrow he’d go down as a club legend at Tottenham Hotspur. Whilst he’s yet to win a trophy with the club, he’s shown just how good he is for both club and country in his short career, and when he scored a late winner to send England to the UEFA Nations League final yesterday the Spurs fans were ecstatic.

Kane is one of the best players in the world today and The Lilywhites are lucky to have him scoring goals for them. Without the England captain, there’s a serious argument to say that Tottenham wouldn’t be anywhere near where they are now. The 25-year-old just continues to pull both England and Spurs through and he never fails to turn up for a big moment, as he showed yesterday with his 85th-minute winner.

The next few days will give Kane and his English teammates a chance to get some rest as they prepare to travel back to their clubs ahead of the Premier League fixtures on the weekend. For the Lilywhites that means a return to Wembley to face Chelsea in a real crunch match at the top of the table. However, if Kane can do what he does best at Wembley then there’s no reason why he can’t fire Tottenham to a famous win, just seven days after doing just that for his country.

The Lilywhites absolutely love Kane and it’s hard to see how the England man could ever be replaced in North London.
