Neil Warnock is something of a pantomime villain in the Premier League. The Cardiff City manager often comes out with outlandish comments, slandering referees, pundits, players and all sorts. However, this time around, he’s been slating stadiums, specifically, he’s been slating Spurs’ situation with their new stadium.

The experienced Englishman had to travel to Wembley to face Tottenham with Cardiff way back in October. On that day, the Lilywhites overcame the Welsh club 1-0 thanks to an early Eric Dier goal, and yesterday saw Spurs do the double over the Welsh club with a 3-0 away win at the Cardiff City Stadium thanks to goals from Harry Kane, Christian Eriksen and Heung-Min Son.
It seemed evident that Warnock took the loss very badly yesterday evening, as he came out in a tirade about Tottenham’s stadium situation. Warnock claimed that Tottenham could be giving the advantage to some of his relegation rivals by playing them at the new stadium seeing as it might take the North London side time to adapt to the new ground, making it easier for the travelling side.

The Lilywhites won’t be letting Warnock’s comments bother them and will hope that the Premier League will ignore his comments, just like they will.
