Tottenham fans were ecstatic with captain Harry Kane’s performance during his side’s 5-0 victory against Burnley on Saturday at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The England international scored a brace that helped catapult his side up to sixth in the Premier League table, with contributions from Lucas Moura, Son Heung-min and Moussa Sissoko rounding off the scoring tally in north London.
Son Heung-min’s sublime run and goal stole the headlines but there was a lot of admiration for Kane as he scored his eighth and ninth goals of the season.
His attacking contributions were a key factor in Spurs’ victory over the Lancashire based outfit. His had six shots on goal, proved two key passes and completed three successful dribbles.
Opposition manager Sean Dyche praised his impact before the game and witnessed his own admirations in front of his eyes.
Supporters were jubilant about Kane’s performance and made their feelings clear on social media.
