Plenty of Tottenham Hotspur fans have reacted to a claim that the club are now favourites to sign South Korean defender Kim Min-jae.
According to Titan Sports, as per Xinhuanet via Ricky Sacks, Jose Mourinho’s side have been made favourites to sign the defender. The Beijing Guoan footballer has been impressing of late and has earned a respectable 30 caps for his country where he has scored three goals so far.
Such good performances have seen Spurs joined by the likes of Arsenal, Southampton and Inter Milan with interest. The report also goes on to claim that Son Heung-min’s influence has put Spurs at the front of those of aforementioned clubs in the race to sign him.
Nicknamed ‘Monster’, he collected a gold medal along with his compatriot at the 2018 Asian Games and was rewarded with military privileges upon his return.
