The football season is well and truly underway again and Tottenham are starting to get back into their stride after suffering a minor September blip. They’ve picked the right time to hit form too, as the club faces six big games this month against Barcelona, Cardiff, West Ham, PSV, Manchester City and then West Ham again, with an international in between the Cardiff and West Ham clashes.

If Tottenham can come out of October with six straights wins then they’ll be one of the favourites for both the League Cup and the Premier League. The club was written off almost immediately when they failed to sign a single player in summer and the stadium issues started. However, that won’t stop Mauricio Pochettino and co from trying to mastermind a trophy win this season.
A lot of the fans have been looking at the games and trying to predict where the wins will be coming from. A lot of the Lilywhites believe, that in true Spurs fashion, the club could beat Barcelona tomorrow night before going on to lose to the likes of Cardiff and West Ham and whilst it sounds like a joke, it wouldn’t be the most Spursy thing to have happened over the last few years.
