Tottenham fans have been left with mixed emotions over their stoppage-time victory against Fulham yesterday. The Lilywhites made it difficult for themselves in their 2-1 win having to come from 1-0, yet an injury to Dele Alli somewhat overshadowed the result for a lot of fans.

The Lilywhites have been struck down with dozens of injuries this season, and Dele Alli is now the latest player to suffer some kind of absence, and for the second time this season. The midfielder will join the injured Harry Kane, Victor Wanyama and Moussa Sissoko in the treatment room, whilst Heung-Min Son is also unavailable due to international football commitments.
Everyone knew what had happened when Alli went down, clattering into the advertising boards holding his hamstring. Their fears are yet to be confirmed by Mauricio Pochettino, but the Argentine has come out and said that it doesn’t look good, and with some incredibly tough games right around the corner, Dele’s knock has come at the worst possible time.
