Tottenham fans take to Twitter to predict Carabao Cup win

Later today Tottenham will be taking to the pitch in their home away from home against Watford at Stadium MK. The Lilywhites will be hoping they can get revenge over The Hornets for their vicarage Road defeat a few weeks back and when Tottenham took to Twitter to ask for the fans score predictions they all came back expecting a win.

Tottenham fans will have a bit more of a spring in their step after they beat Brighton 2-1 at The Amex on Saturday. Mauricio Pochettino’s side had lost three straight games going into the game on the South coast and the win, courtesy of goals from Harry Kane and Erik Lamela, was vital to get the club back on track. Now they’ll be keen to gain momentum with a win against Javi Gracia’s Watford in Milton Keynes.

Ironically, Stadium MK is going to be Tottenham’s ‘home’ ground, however, it is actually closer to Vicarage Road than it is to the site where White Hart Lane is, making it an easier trip for the travelling Watford fans. That won;t matter, though, and the Spurs faithful will be hoping they can be celebrating the journey back from tonight’s game with a win and a place in the fourth round Carabao Cup draw.
