Tottenham Hotspur target Willian has rebuffed claims he has agreed to join Spurs, according to Gustavo Hofman via @RickSpur.
Negotiations between Chelsea and Willian have reportedly stalled and the Brazil international is set to leave the Blues when his contract expires at the end of June.
The winger has been heavily linked with moves to London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham, with reports initially suggesting he could reunite with his old boss Jose Mourinho at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

After arriving at Stamford Bridge from Anzhi Makhachkala for £31.95m in 2013, the Brazilian star has won the Premier League twice, the Europa League, the FA Cup and League Cup. He also lifted the Copa America trophy with Brazil last summer (Transfermarkt).
However, it appears no offer has been made, as the 31-year-old denied the Lilywhites have been in touch.
Football reporter Ricky Sacks shared the news on social media, tweeting: “Tottenham Hotspur target Willian has denied reports he has agreed to join Spurs: “It is really speculation and sometimes it ends up disturbing the facts a little. In this case, the rumours are totally lying, I had no offer from Tottenham, no conversation either.””
