Writing on social media, BBC pundit and former Tottenham midfielder Jermaine Jenas reacted in awe to Dele Alli as he posted his latest message on Instagram – where the Englishman, currently ousted by Jose Mourinho, posted some behind the scenes training footage.

Alli, who has found game time difficult to come by, uploaded some light-hearted training footage from Hotspur Way – showcasing some impressive skill as he managed to effortlessly control a tiny, rebounded ball with his heel during a mock game of cricket in the gym.
It was accompanied by a cheeky message to Joe Hart, who appeared rather amazed by the feat in the video.

Jenas, in reaction to the clip, heaped praise on Alli after that moment – going on to say his touch was nothing short of ‘madness‘.

Amid rumours that he could be set to depart Tottenham in January, with Ligue 1 giants Paris-Saint Germain reportedly sniffing around, Lilywhites may be glad to see Alli’s spirits behind the scenes still looking high.
Mourinho has elected not to start or even feature Alli in many of his team sheets and general match day squads this season, but judging by this footage, it appears his mood in the dressing room remains positive.
Time will tell whether he gets the nod again under Mourinho, but he could prove a useful asset as Spurs look to maintain their place at the top of the Premier League.
