Flocking to Twitter, after what was a day to forget against Crystal Palace this afternoon, many Tottenham Hotspur fans have slammed head coach Nuno Espirito Santo.

The Portuguese tactician, tasked with getting the Tottenham ship back on track after the Jose Mourinho era, will not want to relive today too quickly as Spurs succumbed to a 3-0 defeat at Selhurst Park.

Supporters were less than impressed with the likes of Japhet Tanganga and Ben Davies, with the former being sent off and the latter conceding a penalty against the Eagles.

However, another man now appears to be under fire for his part in the lacklustre display, with fans questioning a fair few of Nuno's decisions during the encounter.

Despite not possessing much control, the 47-year-old opted not to make many changes going forward and left the likes of Bryan Gil and Tanguy Ndombele benched.

He attempted to bring the Spaniard on late but eventually didn't make the substitution, with many Lilywhites blasting Nuno for this and other calls during the match.
