The 21-year-old looks likely to depart the Camp Nou in the summer once the Catalan outfit announce the expected signing of Brazilian superstar Neymar in order to find regular first team football and a move to the Premier League looks likely.
Although he recently signed a new deal to stay with the new La Liga champions, Tello is reported to have his release clause set at £8.5 million which is attracting attention from across Europe for a multi-talented player who has netted eight times this season.
