Manchester United supporters in the Transfer Tavern have turned towards Twitter to express their disappointment at the news of Paul Pogba’s injury.
Our resident Red Devils have taken to social media to express their sorrow at the length of Paul Pogba’s injury.
Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, has revealed that Paul Pogba’s injury is long-term and the Frenchman will be an absentee for the foreseeable future.
The news comes as a bitter disappointment to our resident United fans as Pogba had made a purposeful start to the new season, having scored two league goals for the Red Devils.
Nonetheless, the former Juventus midfielder is now sidelined through injury and United will have to focus on utilising their alternative midfield options.
Throughout this season – and the previous season – Pogba so often was the source of United’s creativity, his absence is likely to effect United’s attacking play seriously.

No big deal. He’s not a big loss. Still not convinced he’s that great. We’re doing just fine without him. Plenty of cover.
